Very important that Pup and Huss somehow build a partnership here, but its not going to be easy from here on.

This match shows the advantage of playing five bowlers. You are able to maintain the pressure.

U19 Vice-Captain
Aussies exposed by swing again. Cant remember seeing them struggled so consistently in ODI for a long time.

Is there something devious in the pitch? Prematch cricinfo reports were that it was a good batting deck, but Australia is drowning here amid the waves of some exceptional Indian bowling and good captaincy.

Although, of course, with Australia, it never pays to speak too soon. They may yet score runs and/or win.

No nothing trust me.

The ball was bouncing a bit in the first few overs of Ishant but what India did was just bowl good line and length. Australia just went for shots early and then came under pressure due to falling wickets and continued pressure of line and length bowling and sharp fielding.

I have seen more 'unplayable' deliveries from India at other times on this tour but dont remember many today.

BARNES OUT
Would love for Watson to be out there.

This Sharma kid, wow. Can't say enough about him. Hopefully the impending God status when he goes back to India doesn't play around with his head and he can push on. Will be the best fast bowler in the world if so.

Crucial innings by Hogg here. Hoping Bracks might get a bat and learn from his last failed attempt at the crease.
