Come on josh just because aussie A didn't perform today it doesn't mean australia won't win the world cup. These defeats would only urge them to perform a bit better in the world cup.

gah.... this is pathetic Australia... well played by NZ though. Hopefull Johnson, Watson & Hogg can restore a bit of pride with a few wickets.

Also, why hasn't Hussey tried Johnson yet, sure Bracken & McGrath are the premier bowlers in the team, but they haven't taken wickets, which we desperately need in the 12th over.

A bit unfair on McGrath, Bracken, Hussey, and Hayden to be playing for 'aussie A', aint it?

Just announced on the tellie!!
Fracture to the tip of the ring finger!
From quick googling, could take 2-4wks to recover from a broken finger.

But they didnt really go into indepth detail

Shocking fielding there from Aussie. And WOT A SHOT, from Vincent to add salt to the wound

Funnily enough, Oram broke his finger before the last World Cup IIRC.
Although i dont think it was this close
