*Official* Bangladesh Tour of New Zealand 2019

When you thought this would be a spitting green wicket for the seamers with lots of catches in the slips.

... and then Wagner doesn't bowl until over 30 and gets three meme short ball wickets.

Rough that Wagner didn't get his fifth after doing all the hard work. Can't complain about Boult mopping up the tail though.

Crazy that Tamim’s only turning 30 next week or so. Easily Bangladesh’s best ever batsman.

Interesting to see how Southee, Boult, and Wagner’s careers are tracking. I’d suggest someone who will be important in our upcoming SL tour would be Wagner. His tactics take the pitch and/or the condition of the ball out of the equation. Then we’ve got to do well with our spinners - whoever they are. We’re like anti Bangladesh - they never need seamers at home, we never need spinners. And hopefully we continue our reasonable record overseas against spinners, then we should be able to compete.

Be really good to see Bangladesh put us under some pressure here. Good for the game (this game - the second test), good for us in the 3rd and 4th innings to take the pressure, and good for Bangers to actually be in with a chance

Tough, tough deck for batting. The batsmen can't do much about some of the balls they've received. Exciting. Be fun if Raval went YOLO mode since run scoring is hard here. But then I'm vying for an NZ lollapse

Shakib I reckon
Really?

Not even close imo. Tamim opens and has got a good record against all the test nations besides SA and Lanka. Shakib on the other hand averages less than 30 against Australia, India, England and SA.

Both seem to weirdly love playing NZ though.

These 2 have good bowling actions. Like this from NZ. Kane digging in and Ross going after the half volleys.

They must feel at home, I suppose, looking at how the Basin looked flooded yesterday
