Sounds encouraging at least.Obviously I don't know how the cases compare, but Jesse Ryder could be an encouraging example - his head injuries were described as critical, he had emergency surgery and he was placed in an induced coma. He came through it and was back in FC cricket a few months later.
I really hope there'll be a similar outcome here. A horrible thing to happen, and I wish him all the very best.
Yeah from the news reports i read earlier. Players would hardly be in position to come out and play tomorrow in this situation..

Read he was hit on the back of the head and the helmet and having surgery there and other reports saying he was hit on the neck and Jawline ? Tough to make out exactly from the replays.
