Should be first in line to play in this years World Cup tbh.How good is Hodge? Seriousleh.
I think he should be in the mix of things atleast till the 2011 World cup, i know he is not getting any younger, but jeez, he is still among one of the best batsmen in Australia in all the three forms of the game, and tbh i don't see too many young batsmen in Australia atm for whom a player of Hodge's caliber should be ignored.Should be first in line to play in this years World Cup tbh.
Yeah, I think I read something about a period being opened up for it or something. Not entirely sure though. It'd turn NSW into a completely different team if so.Question; will the Vics be at full strength during the Champions League, because if not the batting looks a bit brittle.
Right arm medium-fast.Can someone tell me what Alister McDermott bowls? There's seriously no mention of it anywhere on Cricinfo or the match report!
Pretty confident Nathan Bracken would make the NSW lineup. What would a full strength NSW lineup be?
Warner
Jaques
Hughes
Katich
Clarke
Thornley
Haddin
Henriques
Lee
Clark
Bollinger
And Vics?
Hodge
Blizzard
Hussey
White
Quiney
Mcdonald
Crosthwaite
Harwood
Siddle
Mcgain
Nannes
Champions league will be a repeat of the Aus 20/20 Final.
Knew i'd missed someone, he'd replace Bollinger. **** that NSW team would be nigh on impossible to beat.Pretty confident Nathan Bracken would make the NSW lineup.
Haha you'd think so. Still slips under the radar.Pretty confident Nathan Bracken would make the NSW lineup.
Yeah, quite a few people predicted that when he was named captain, it must be said.Simpson fast becoming the QLD version of Nathan Adcock
Yeah, his saving grace - he makes the team as a specialist spinner. He took 5 in a Shield game at one point this season too. His bowling is passable but his batting, particularly in one day cricket, is the biggest myth going around.Although, he probably can play a role as a spinner @ 8/9 in OD matches.
