Good to see me old mate Dan Harris knocking up his first FC ton against Tas. Played junior cricket with him, great bloke, probably should have gotten there earlier in his career. Mind you, he was doing an MD for most of his FC career so far so I think he can be excused. Hardest worker.

The thing is when Maher does give him a bowl he just gets smashed. Queensland's bowling stocks are so crap it not funny anymore. Doran still ten times better bowler then any other spinner in Queensland.

Good to see Doran not make the XI.

QLD are on a very familiar 4/91 Edmonson all 4 wickets so far

I would really love to see Watson and then Hartley perform today.

Moller got 45, he's had a decent year.

Yeah really sad to see.

Geeves has done well though. Will be good when the pair are bowling well in tandem, and I still have hope that Damian Wright could come back into the mix one day.

Geeves, Dan Marsh and Graham Manou have all really suprised me this season.

Yeh he was caught by the keeper so I reckon you'd be right.

When I saw his score of 8 I would have guessed a nick or an LBW too.

Not really. I do think it's good though that he's going to give up the captaincy.

At the moment we need an experienced player out there and if he can support our captain next season and starts making a few runs I think then that would be a good time to retire.

He did make a century in a One Dayer the other day, so he hasn't completely lost his touch, although his four day stats are really terrible.

What do you think?
