I thought Huritz looked crap personaly.. batsman where coming down the wicket to him nearly every ball and hardly ever looked like being beaten in flight.

He's no good.
Hauritz, bowled really well yesterday, and the field set for him was perfect. He was bowling with good flight (which I haven't seen for ages) and was getting some turn out there.

anyone notice how crap Hayden is at finding the gaps?
Doesn't matter when you can hit them over them for a run-a-ball 21. He was unlucky to get out the way he did and if he didn't I reckon we would have got the bonus point, he looked good.

This Hilfenhaus guy looks alright.
T.V. must add something then. Because I saw him bowl on the last session on day 2 of the pura cup and to tell you the truth a bowling machine has more variety.

Ball jagged back off McGrath, hit Blewett on the back thigh, went over the stumps by a good distance, and missed his bat by ages, and there was a half appeal and he was given.

3/77 off 19. Hope to see Gary Putland take wickets for South Australia too...
Haddin didn't even appeal! :-O

That was a good close match that one. Well done for NSW though, given the start they had they never should have lost it.

Nice fightback from Gillespie. His final spell was superb. Still doesn't look test standard though.
Agreed, he looked pretty average today, didn't seem to be doing much with the ball. It was the first time I'd seen Dan Cullen, and he looked a bit of a ****er

I wanna know what that censored word is :p

First time I'd seen Cullen, looked decent IMO. I hope he really develops into a top-class spinner

Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes!! Warriors win, ton for Marto and a gorgeous Day. Sadly, I wasnt there to see (blame my brother) but oh what a day.

Btw, Cam Whites captaincy was from all reports poor.

Hats off to Marto. I thought he would have an awesome domestic season and he's kicked it off in style. Hopefully he fights his way back into the Test team because we need him there.

Nice one, Martyn!

That NSW-SA game was a brilliant one.

Good match by Lehmann in the game everywhere. I thought he was excellent in backing his younger players ta the end...

Hussey and Martyn were allowed to settle too easily IMHO. Dunno how but the pressure seemed to drop almost as soon as Hussey came out.

I was very impressed by Dan Cullen today...A good action and gets a fair bit of turn and bounce. He was unlucky not to have a few more wickets (especially Clarke).
