Seriously, is it too much to ask for the odd boundary? You can't just nudge it around and expect your partner to do all the work..

You've got De Grandhomme, Henry, Neesham, Munro, Southee who can all hit big sixes.
Seen enough of Neesham to know he's not an adaptable enough hitter to be really good unless they bowl in his arc - kinda like Jacob Oram. Munro and CDG very unproven. Munro seems to use a lot of effort and take a lot of risks to end up with a strike rate that's usually still below 100 - piles of dots. None are anywhere near as good as say McCullum when he batted at 7, or Chris Harris back in the olden days.

I can't believe I just took the time to read all the way through this thread for this innings and it was all ****ing jonbrooks and CM ****

Williamson and Santner both capable of striking at 120, but not really the type of players who will strike at 200. Needed one of the Colins to do that.
