Great stuff by Ponting and Hayden, and Gilchrist`s over was awesome. :D

Gilly! Stumping!
I can not believe what Nel did to Gilchrist after being smacked around. When that happens, you go back to your mark and don't say anything. I'm all for a bit of chatter between the two teams, but that's just stupid... he's only making a fool of himself.

I agree completely. Though I do partially blame Smith, the captain should be telling the bowler to keep his head down in those situations.

Hahaha who's listening to ABC radio?

Who is this bloke who's on now, the guy that's close to being incomprehendable?

He's a crackup, loved his work last test and this one. Up there with Waqar's commentary.

Two quick wickets to Warnie and the Saffies would be spooked right now. I say, bring on Lee and tell him to cook up a steaming hot plateful of chin music!

I was intially dissapointed to see the 3rd test not listed on Skys Cricket pages but I flicked through the TV Guide today and gladly its on

Is Gibbs really worthy of his place in this team at Test level on current form?

It wasn't that long ago he scored a 90 and a quickfire 50 in Sydney, looking like he'd take them to victory before Kallis ran him out.

In summary, yes he's worthy.

According to the radio - Kallis, Smith's, Prince wickets were all poor decisions. Thats pretty sad and being an Aus fan makes for a bit of a hollow victory. If we win, of course

From the sounds of it, the umpiring this test hasn't been very good at all. That said, I did see a repeat of the de Villiers appeal in the first innings off Lee that people were saying was plumb, and to me it looked to be going a bit high.
