Would have thought Henriques and Shaun Marsh were on the edge of the ODI squad on the basis of that game they played against England in January. But for whatever reason, the selectors have decided to move on post World Cup to younger players.Fair enough on Marsh, who isn't into his 30s (even though I would have loved to see him open the batting in this series)but harsh on Henriques, who's still in his 20s,had a gun IPL season and has been overlooked in favour of Marcus ****ing Stoinis.

Henriques is injured, and they only picked Handscomb over Marsh because he was already over there. Wouldn't read too much into it.

Not wrong, but hardly the same comparing the Stokes dismissal (where the correct decision was made), to Broad being given not out (inexplicably bad umpriing) after edging to slip.

I agree that the complaining over Broad went on longer than it should have, but at least they had every right to be upset about it.
It wasn't an edge to slip. He tickled one through Haddin's gloves, it ballooned off Haddin's pad to slip.

The complaining about the umpire not giving Broad out was actually fairly tame. The bulk of the complaints were about Broad not walking, which was ****ing stupid.

Similar to the complaining about Smith not calling Stokes back. Which is even more stupid.

Starc-Cummins-Pattinson is one of those attacks that is either going to demolish England, or let them post 350+

Er, Broad edged it to the keeper. It's hardly his fault if Haddin didn't hold onto the catch and it finished up at first slip. By far the bigger issue was Lehmann's subsequent encouragement for the Aus crowds to 'get stuck' into an opposition player.

But yes, Morgan didn't do himself any favour by claiming that he'd have withdrawn the Stokes appeal. Bailey's subsequent comments were spot on to be fair.

Starc coming down the wrong side of the ball. Not getting that natural shape, almost pushing it away from the batsman.

Shame that most of the pace has gone out of the OT pitch as it used to be a good wicket
