You have to say though this pitch was just pathetic.. And no one have a go at me for this because it only lasted in terms of overs about 2 days and 1 session..

I totally agree. You were basically expecting a wicket every ball.

I know theres no point in talking about ifs and buts but i'm going to anyway:

Suppose it didn't rain in the second test and India knocked off the 210 runs or whatever they needed, the series would be 2-2 and India would still have the trophy.


Anyway what a match and what a victory who would have thought India could defend 107.

i agree mate

well done to india but the pitch was terrible, i had plans to watch the etst all wekend, but to no avail............... ohw ell welcome home boys for our assualt on home soil.........

No the plan will be to have an All Black training session a day out from the 1st test at Eden Park.

Australia were the better team.. It would have been a liitle weird if it had been a drawn series again.

alot ofifs and buts there dar

say it didnt rain in the 2nd test and we rolled india for under the 210, then australia win 3 - 1

the two matches we did win we smashed India.. I think a draw would have been flattering for India..

Yeah there would be an element of that..but even if it had been 2-2, thats still 2 losses against Australia's name.
