i like the way sehwag hit the last ball straight down the pitch and started to walk to the pavllion

if he stays till lunch tomorrow and we loose only 2 wickets i think the game will be well with in our reach.Need to score only at 2.33 and wickets in hand it wont be any problem at all

yeah..but India will have the pressure of having a time limit on them to get these runs..I think having to score at 2.5 an over chasing on the last day will be hard to do...the longer these two bat the better
Not sure how difficult 70-odd a session is, really... If the Indian batting lineup performs, they tend to score at a reasonable rate.

What I'm worried about is how much we're likely to rely on Warne tomorrow. Huge test for him, and he'll be trying to get a monkey off his back - he'll be feeling the pressure too.

I think the game's right in the balance - I'm certainly not confident of a victory though. Our big weakness against this team has been their ability to make our bowlers look impotent, and I'm not sure I agree with you regarding India's ability under pressure - at least against Australia. I hope Warnie can pull it off.

All the comentators where talking about thier thoughts of the result

only slater said that he was confident that 229 is enough for Aussies

and Artherton even though he said 50-50 said that his heart wanted india to win 8-) 8-)

I think everybody is emphasizing too much on the 155/8 chase in 2001

it was 102-2 until Mark Waugh's catch changed everything

Plus we didn't have people who batted lower down the order

In hindsight.......dravid, gangs and Laxman are due...

..Auzzies have all the confidence

It will be like superbowl sunday

You've gotta love Sehwag, his attitude is unbelievable. Such a precarious position against Mcgrath and he does that before the close of play. If he comes out like that tomorrow they could get to 100 very quickly and i think that could be game over.

The second wicket partnership is the key for India. I am assuming Dravid is at number three.

I hope Yuvraj has an upset tummy in the morning and Dravid and Sehwag come in at the start :D

60 : 40 in favour of Australia.

PS : For those who remember 155 as the highest score successfully chased at Chennai...India chased and 'touched' 347 in the tied test against Australia.

Can't wait for tomorrow really, in a match of so many twists and turns, it should be really, really good.
I can't wait for tomorrow, but I know when tomorrow comes, I'll hardly be able to watch... so tense when watching India play.

For all those who said " Whats Sehwag got(done) that Yuvraj hasnt". I hope you have your answers. Just watch them playing together and anyone can see the difference . Can you ??

You gotta love Sehwag. Who the hell hits a 4 on the last ball of the day when there's so much pressure? Answer: Virender Sehwag.

I'm so pumped and nervous at the same time. Tomorrow is going to be great. India vs. Australia, gettable run chase on the last day, doesn't get much better.

I couldn't hold my drink. My hands were shaking, and when Yuvraj edged it through the slips for 4 I jumped from my seat. :p

Great hundred from Marto. That was fantastic, he's making a habit of scoring when everything expects him not to. Also Gillespie is in my mind, officially the most annoying tailender EVER! (unless you're an Australian fan). He's so stubborn. :@

Lehmann's wicket was SOOOO crucial. If Lehmann had not played that shot, Clarke and him could have taken the lead to 250-270 and put it out of reach. Amazing how quickly a game can turn.
