None at all. That's the point of them really - it's a token effort. What effect do the light rollers have on these pictures generally?
None. What effect do the light rollers have on these pictures generally? Australia will be hoping it's flattened out the rough a bit for the first half our to an hour I guess, then see what happens from there. These two have to try and be there at lunch.
I don't think he was ever particularly likely to score runs in SA as an opener, regardless of how much he applied himself. His early runs there were in the middle order. If you remember, early in his career, Sehwag reined himself in brilliantly in overseas conditions and did very well. Scored very good hundreds on his first tours to England and SA. He just went into cbf mode on all subsequent tours which was annoying, because he showed he clearly could play in those conditions if he applied himself.
Fair enough, but my point is that he did apply himself better as a debutant. He wouldn't have succeeded even in the middle order later in his career the way he was batting.I don't think he was ever particularly likely to score runs in SA as an opener, regardless of how much he applied himself. At least he fielded all dig.

It's all about that rough, really. Apart from that area, it's still doing nothing.Pitch is a road. Aus should be ashamed of themselves if they lose this from here.
shhhhh i know that just let me troll Burgey okay*****,
Teams generally have a team rule about nightwatchmen and it is decided before the match.
It would not have been done on the spur of the moment
