Katich's reaction made me laugh, I mean come on like nobody else ever gets a bad decision.

And as for Geraint Jones, he needs to be dropped I'm afraid. Get Chris Read in, I'd happily trade Jones' runs for Read's glovework. Read is a decent bat too.
that will be a tough decision to drop jones u have to remember taht Eng are in such a strong position due to his 80+ and his partnership with fredie

What? What just happened? Geraint Jones did something right? The universe is going to collapse. :O!

four and a half hours in the most important test he will ever play to cop that, it was more the situation combined with the decision than the **** poor way to get out...
Sure, all of what you say is true but he shouldn't have reacted that way. It was totally un-professional and any youngsters watching will think that it an acceptable way to react after being given out.

For years the Aussies have had the rub of the green of decisions like these, now when a few are going against them they don't like it!

...About times Jones did his job!

Redemption (of sorts) for the cherubic-faced, leaden-gloved Welsh/Aussie/Papua New Guinean.

Kasper going for his shots too. Interesting.

Mandatory late dismissal for Jones to redeem himself and keep his place for the 5th (see Edgbaston and Old Trafford). All over very soon unless the stadium collapses or something such. Hopefully Lee can clear the ground once or twice before the end of the innings.

Sorry, but that was abysmal.

Pitched out side leg by 6 inches and never hitting anyway.

Players should be allowed to show their disappointment and umpires shouldnt be above criticism

hopefully he and tait hit a few batsmen in the head later this afternoon...
someone smashing that grin off Vaughan's face would do the trick

Right, assuming we get set 100-odd and win, anyone else thinking that you drop Giles and play another batsman (thinking Collingwood) for the Oval?

Because that leaves Collingwood, Vaughan and Bell to provide the occasionals, and gives us the batting strength.

I'd go for my shots if I saw Giles trundling in, I hope Flintoff comes on for Giles sooner rather than later.

Barring injury I don't think there's any chance that England are going to change their most successful team in the best part of two decades.
