Ponting's playing rather beautifully.
Yeah, he's looking quitegood now.

Hayden's hogging of the strike, or more likely lack of being able to get off strke, has helped Ponting settle.

Bah. Matt, what's wrong with you mate?

Completely and utterly thrashed by Flintoff, from the start of that spell to the end. It would have been a travesty if he survived it really.

Oh my God that is brilliant! Said it many times in this thread along with the NWS one... Freddy = King!

That was as good a planning of a wicket as you will ever see. So many balls outside off stump had Hayden in two minds, then he bowls him around his legs. FANTASTIC!

Flintoff's on fire. What an amazing spell.

Anybody ever seen that done to Hayden before? Can't remember seeing it.
Well now that Boof is out of the team, someone has to do it. :p

Ha - I didn't just mean the bowling behind his legs though (although that was definitely part of it). Just the setup and the 1-2-3 punch. It felt like Flintoff saying "you're not good enough to be in this caper anymore... Now get the hell out of my office."

God how close was that to being run out!?
Yea, once he had hold of it that was a pretty good chance - anything near the stumps (assuming Geraint takes it...) would have got him as well I think.
