is this the biggest thread ever on cricketnet
Well, for one it's cricketweb (:p) but I think it's the biggest in CC, but definitely not in the whole forum. Another game beats it by far, coming in at over 19,000 posts. But this one actually has a purpose

Yeah, I don`t count the 'Another Game' thread, and I believe it should be deleted, and the posts removed from peoples tally.

I hope Warne gets his century, but I think he would be worse than even money to do so.

He basically got out when he nicked that ball to Jones. Jones had other ideas.

It would be great to see him make the first century for Australia. Then they can drop Ponting and have Warne bat at first drop. :p

How's the weather over there guys? I'm happy for the rain yesterday but I hope that's it for the game (depending on how it pans out, of course...).

Looking at the series stats to date ......Warne has been the ALLROUNDER of the series !!!! :p
I was thinking that myself - he has been a major thorn in England's side for so many years, and age doesn't appear to have altered that keenness.

It'll be a REAL shame when he retires.

Strangely enough, that's true (although highly unlikely) - a mouth-watering prospect.

However, looking at the talent that appears to be not exactly forcing its way past the zimmer frames in the Australian side, we would in all likelihood not need him.
