Wicket keepers really need to stand up and be counted this domestic Aus summer. Huge opportunity for one of them, please take it.

the two Can Bat, so BD can't let the foot off the gas here. Can't let another irritating partnership form. Gotta keep pressing for wickets

is this the worst era for batting vs spin especially for non sub cont sides? I know these guys rarely compete in the 70's and 80's but at least in that era you could blame home umpires now they do not have that excuse aswell.

You can pretty much always point to good batting tours that punctuate the fail. England and Australia both made a lot of runs in India last season but couldn't hold the Indian top six. When Pakistan spinners were dominating in the UAE a few years back you had SA and NZ batting well there.

Conversely in the 90s when India were less good and Pakistan relied on pace you still had flop batting like England in 1993. And then there's all the sides Murali stuffed at home.

Blimey, what on earth is going on here? Is this simply more evidence that Bangladesh are indeed becoming the real deal at home? Or have Aus simply reverted back to their horror show in SL? I really cannot believe what is happening out there right now. A big lead for BD should clinch things imo because if Aus are struggling now then you can imagin what the spinners will do to them as the pitch starts to break up. It's as much a mental problem as it is a technical problem I think.

They've clearly learnt how to prepare wickets to suit themselves - fair play to them for that
