This is bull. The whole point of scoops and lap sweeps is to score runs and also to move fielders around. That they moved a fielder to cover that position is exactly what the batter wanted. If the fielder hadn't been moved, he may well have played another scoop instead of the shot that produced an edge

We have a 19 yo kid on debut taking a gamble against the best bowler in the world and people are complaining that it’s ruining cricket smh. You may not agree with the approach, which is valid, but thinking it’s spoiling the sport is ridiculous.
Going along at near 5 an over without a wicket lost and very few chances for India. This is a cracking start for Australia IMO.

No, it isn't bull. One shot in Test cricket doesn't necessitate that fielder being moved. Higher odds he'd **** it up trying to play it again
