TBH the way Manure approached the game was disgraceful - the Neville's literally went out to kick Jose Reyes out of the game.

Good to see the Horse has been charged with serious foul play for his assault on Ashley Cole.

Cheered me up this morning when i heard about the soup and a sandwich incident though

Aye. Then I look at Barnet's goal difference and points. And wonder how the hell Exeter has 7.14 % chance of making first place...
If they play like they did at our place (I know they won 3-0, but they were crap! Honest!) then they are well and truly catchable!

Is laughing or taking digs at United is in attempt to cheer yourself up with Oldham's poor performance so far in League One?

Exeter will not go up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Albion are going down though
If Crystal Palace can get promoted after in the hole they were in this time last year, then anything is possible.

A change of manager can do wonders for a club (or not).

Crystal Palace could do that because it was in the then First Division though, there's no way that sort of thing would happen in the Premiership.

Four games unbeaten in a row now - Jake Edwards, I take back everything I ever said.

Grimsby Town up next in the Grecian march towards the FA Cup - can't wait!

How unlucky were Southampton on the weekend? Van Persie's goal was a stunner and Niemi couldn't save it, and they were unlucky not to get the first goal of the game.

And I feel sorry that Cisse is out for the year with a broken leg, especially being Liverpool's record signing. Wouldn't surprise to see me if they decide to sign Yakubu from Portsmouth if they are still in the CL as a 3rd out-and-out striker. I'm surprised nobody was on here laughting at United's lose to Pompey.

My barman in jamaica told me about the Soup Incident.. What went on with the sandwich?? Was it used as an accompaniment?

I was to busy laughing about it to type about it.

Yakubu would be a great signing for Liverpool he has a heap of talent but still has a great deal to learn. Cisse's break was down right ugly.

Southampton were highly unlucky.

I feel highly sorry for Cisse, looks like a similar thing to what happened to Luc Nillis a few years back. Apparently he may never play again. Ouch.

They were also lucky that Van Persie missed another easier chance to win the game. Shame no one at Arsenal can head the ball....

You felt Portsmouth were lucky to beat Man Utd? Marc I never expected such thing from you.

Although I felt that penalty was a bit soft.

No I was just commenting that Portsmouth did indeed win the game 2-0, and Halsey ignores that and comments on Arsenal getting a draw.

There's absolutely no point winning the big game if you can't back it up in the next one, and that's why Manure won't come close to the title this season.

very true, no point winning the big one if you get bat by a relegation team..........

Getting a draw at home to a relegation team was awful and they very nearly lost, which would have been much worse than losing away to a top half team on current form.

1 point > 0 points.

Portsmouth are still mediocre, and title challengers shouldn't slip up consistently against mediocre teams...which is what United have been doing this season.
