I think Iniesta would be a good buy for anybody. He's a good prospect. Also, Cudicini won't be staying much longer at Chelsea I think. Some of the other backups might be gone as well like Parker and Smertin. Crespo might come back though.

Some good backup goalies for some clubs. Like Andersen from Charlton and that guy from West Brom, Krusczak I think.

Steds you disgust me.

How can you be a St Helener and still support Wigan, even if it is another sport.
a) Like you said. Completely different sport

b) Most local team in the football league

c) My dad supports them and has taken me to the matches for about 6 years now

d) There is an extemely fierce rivalry between Wigan Rugby and Wigan football fans, mainly because Wigan has been a rugby town for so long and the rugby fans are jealous of the new found success of the football team and they're scared that all of Whelan's money will go into the football team and he'll neglect the rugby team (which is essentially what is starting to happen). Us Saints fans just sit back and grin at every penny going into Latics account.

e) Don't want to get too associated with Scousers or associated at all with Bolton or Manure

cudicin will probably join someone like man utd or arsenal if chelsea would be willing to sell to them, otherwise he would probably be back off to italy. As for smertin and parker, if chelsea get essien or another similar player then they will probably be going back to portsmouth and charlton or someone similar irrespectively.

The rumour is that Cudicini is going to OT for £5m - so only a top class midfielder and a reserve winger to go then!

The wonderful Man Utd youth academy's at it again - six more graduates this year.

Ramon Calliste, Ben Collett, Steven Hogg, Lee Lawrence, David Poole and Paul Tierney - look after your P45s.

And in other news today, Taggart has claimed there's nothing between Chelsea and Manure.

Right, so what is that 17 point gap all about?

Okay I am keen on watching the match between Chelsea and Man U coming up I am not sure of the importance of the match..

Can some one build it up or is it just a fixture dead because the season is decided early. Surely Man U will have some thing at stake?

man utd have very little at stake really, they cant make second place now as arsenal have that in the bag, very little significance in this match really.

I think Carroll's out the door come summer. Wow! Just looking at the most posts in this thread and Halsey's outlasting Marc.

Calliste and Tierney show promise out of this lot...at least on Championship Manager 03/04! :D

That's what I was going to point out. Thought it'd be better left unsaid instead of being argued with by Marc and Neil.

Au contraire, mon ami, as we say round N5! :D

Seriously tho, I don't think 3rd place is cause to reach for the razor blade just yet.
