It makes more sense in English - naturally - but we wouldn't omit the personal pronoun in a sentence, and we'd write the words "hval" and "kjøtt" in one word (as LE once said: stickallthewordstogetherlikeingerman)
Edit: I've no clue what "fordi jeg nød" is supposed to mean.
