Tigers getting thrased by Panthers does too...Blewy said:Cling, and straws come to mind...
The Team achieved their goals for the season and have shown the RL world that they are a force to be reckoned with in the years to come...Enjoy the next week or two. This is a young team with a hard working, undersized, forward pack.
Those type of teams do NOT win comps
Who cares though? We are 4th...we have a home semi...and a tonne of potential for the future.
This finals will be the teams 'teething'. They'll all mature a tonne from it and come back much better next year.
Old stagers like Buckets, Skando and Ben will get the finals experience their careers deserve.
It's all good
Don't raise expectations too much fella's. Don't expect premierships. Not now.
Enjoy the next few weeks and think of it in terms of how much it will contribute to us winning the big one's down the track.
Enjoy it regardless of results. We are not ready yet and that's nothing to be upset about.
Yeah, shame more people didn't enter.James90 said:Kyle v James - Tipping Competition is heating up
What on earth has happened with Canberra? Are they the NRL version of Charlton Athletic and play well early on and then do nothing from the rest of the season onwards?broncoman said:Raiders = diabolical, they will finish 2nd last now, unless Knights beat Saints by 52 then its the wooden spoon for canberra...
Manly were definately more committed tonight than they have been, but them and the sharks will be cannon fodder next week for dragons and eels...
yeh i backed them, they have been in good form lately and were always gonna have too much class and power for the tigers...Slats4ever said:I won $60 on the pennie panthers today. I went out to the game with a mate and to be honest couldn't resist the 3-1 that the panthers were paying.
It was great.
We don't care about AFL in this threadDJellett said:*cough* RIchmond *cough*
broncoman said:tigers might want to work out some sort of defence structure before they even consider ever challenging for a premiership...
tigers to go out in straight sets...
we can defend, we just have a problem scoring points when darren lockyer and justin hodges arent in the side...Blewy said:So we'll have plenty in common with the Broncos then....
