i agree to an extent, but our season is hardly over if we lose, even if we win tonight, if eels win against canberra and dragons win in rd 26 we will still come 3rd with a loss to parra next week, but we need to win for our confidence more than the competition points...

It's certainly not 'over' in real terms, however I just can not see the Broncos winning the competition, unless we finish in the top two, and therefore jag a game against Cronulla or Manly in the first week of the finals. The way we are playing, I reckon we'd cop a beating from Melbourne or the Cowboys (our most likely combatants if we don't finish in the top two)

Just like we would lose to half the teams we have played in the last 8 weeks...

BRONCOS ARE SHOT!!!

If they make it passed week 2 of the semis i will eat my hat...

The only way they will get past week 1 is because the top 2 won't lose to Manly and the Sharks...

Dragons are now 1st on this fine Saturday morning. If the Eels lose and Tigers won by less than 8 or lose we will be first at the end of the round. Exciting !!!

well it is frustrating, i just dont know why we consistently do this every season, we have one of the best two sides every year but fall apart.

The season is far too long for starters, but yeah it is becoming a worrying trend.

we have to ask why it keeps happening, perhaps we are training too hard or too much early in the season, i just dont know.
it happens to us and only us consistently every season and i want to know why!!!

Well, our money men - Lockyer, Webke, Petro and Berrigan hardly had a break with the Tri-Series and then straight into training for the 2005 season. They have to be feeling it.

naa the tri series players got an extra few weeks off when they came back, its not like we are the only one with rep players, theres got to be a proper reason, imo half of it is mental...
