The Warriors make me want to cry.

Another crap season of league for me it seems.

It sux because I love the game and I will still look forward to all the big clashes between the top teams but it's just not the same when your team is doing so poorly.

I don't think I can stand another season like last years..

Well, what an amazing comeback from the Warriors. Who would've imagined we'd come back to win after trailing by 20 points to nil?

Yep, France is the likely destination for Stacey. It'll be such a shame if he does leave the Warriors after being such a valuable player since the early days of the club but I believe a French contract is more than likely unfortunately.

At least I had a better week this week. After only getting 2 last week, 5 is much better this week. Damn, can't believe the Raiders lost!

Broncos finally put 2 wins together...

The Knights will not win another game for at least another 6 weeks with Johns out with a broken jaw.

Speaking of The Raiders, is there any talk of any rep honours for Jason Smith? I know he's knocking on in years (& I'm biased as he's ex-Hull), but he's looked different class this year.

He got a bit of a write up in the Sunday Mail about possibly playing, although it was his brother doing the talking.

Queensland couldn't go wrong selecting someone like Smith on the bench, he has the versitility to play at lock or in the halves, or 2nd row. I'd select him along with Shifcofske.

Quite a comeback by the Warriors (although no coincidence that it happened after Johns went off with his broken jaw), from 20-0 to win 30-26. Very pleased with that.

Anthony Minichiello (Sydney Roosters), Luke Rooney (Penrith), Shaun Berrigan (Brisbane), Willie Tonga (Bulldogs), Matt Sing (North Queensland), Darren Lockyer (Brisbane, capt), Brett Kimmorley (Cronulla), Steve Price (New Zealand), Luke Priddis (Penrith), Petero Civoniceva (Brisbane), Nathan Hindmarsh (Parramatta), Craig Fitzgibbon (Sydney Roosters), Tonie Carroll (Brisbane).

Interchange: Ben Kennedy (Manly), Craig Wing (Sydney Roosters), Mark O'Meley (Bulldogs), Jason Ryles (St George Illawarra).

The New Zealand rugby league squad has been named for the Bundaberg league test against Australia in Brisbane on Friday.

The team is as follows:
Jerome Ropati, Jamaal Lolesi, Nigel Vagana, Paul Whatuira, Matt Utai, Benji Marshall, Thomas Leuluai, Paul Rauhihi, Louis Anderson, Ruben Wiki (captain), Frank Pritchard, Wairangi Koopu, Sione Faumuina.

Interchange: Dene Halatau, Jason Cayless, Roy Asotasi, David Kidwell.

Half of my team have been called up. I guess there's no chance of players playing twice in 24 or 48 hours?

all players will be named by their club, however some players dont back up if they get injured...
generally fowards are less likely to play for their club and i know wayne bennett usually rests one or two of his players, so if lockyer, berrigan or carroll cops a knock they may not play for brisbane...

ive only got 5 in the match for the aussies only luke rooney and luke priddis, for the kiwis ive got vagana, marshall and lolesi

No Kiwis for me, but I've got Rooney, Tonga, Sing, Lockyer, Civoniceva, Fitzgibbon & Wing for the Green & Golds.

I'm screwed for a kicker as Lockyer & Fitz are the only two I've got in my squad.

I wouldn't get too worried, barring injury I would say all those players will play.
