a question, im assuming that members or the prosecution (the ones that are speaking in the thread) cannot be called as witnesses?
Well then your team will be sacked as prosecution. You've got to follow the trial rules Marc.marc71178 said:Oh no, ALL will be speaking.
Well witnesses generally speak the truth with a desire to either see the person on trial cleared or imprisoned, so it would have to be situational I guess.age_master said:a question, im assuming that members or the prosecution (the ones that are speaking in the thread) cannot be called as witnesses?
Trial?Mr Mxyzptlk said:Well then your team will be sacked as prosecution. You've got to follow the trial rules Marc.
Because we're giving the defence the same restrictions.marc71178 said:Trial?
A trial decides guilty or otherwise.
You yourself have already declared him guilty.
It is also supposedly fair, yet you're restricting the prosecution, so how is that fair.
5) Forget the rules? Shall we ignore the other ones like, ooh, 11 players a side? 3 stumps?age_master said:1) keep it in control
2) everyone knows what they are doing
3) 3 os more than enough already anyway
4) they will all be doing what marc says anyway
No, we are already working as a team. While Marc is leader, he is far from telling us what to do. There is no rule that I can find where the ICC says that there is a minimum amount of prosecutors or defenders, and until found we should be allowed to have as many as we like.age_master said:1) keep it in control

Why would it?Mr Mxyzptlk said:It will be chaos if an unlimited amount are allowed.
Read carefully Marc...marc71178 said:Why would it?
Besides that, I still don't see why we're having a trial when he's already been declared guilty?
