Did you debut after WW2?
Q4 Did you debut after WW2 ? NO.

Helpful Hint - Unique Double is not a record of any sort , but definitely a worthy accomplishment which coincidentally was associated with personal milestones.

Q5 Did you captain after WW1 ? Yes.

Archie Mac, have you ever been to the MCG ? Being a Kangaroos fan, you must have been there. There's an inscription outside the MCG paying tribute to this Captain !! :D

Q6 Is it Warwick Armstrong ? No :)

OK this in my memory is what the inscription says of this Australian Captain.

He was the most successful Australian captain in .............. and the only Captain to .......................

(now thats based on when the inscription was posted. Definitely before Mid 1980's :D )
But as far as I know - there is another captain who also fills the criteria on the inscription - :D

No !! But Right line of thinking !!

As I said before the Double is not a record but somewhat of an achievement considering the Aussie Captains of pre 1980s only . The personal touch is again not an achievement or a feat but something to do with personal milestones !! :)

I suppose the double would be that he won back the ashes twice in 1930 and 1934.

I was thinking while at the gym. Is it because Woodfull won back the Ashes twice in England and both times on his birthday?
