Q1 something to do with order of playing Tests after a certain date?.....NO
Q2. anything to do with something achieved after a certain date?......Yes
Q3. is it a list of number of tests played after a certain date?.....NO
Q4. Is Sth Africa low on the list because they were out of Test Cricket for such a long time?....YES
Q5. Number of tests won since the date?....NO
Q6.Is it a team achievement?.....NO
Q7 Is it list of countries which have played most ODIs to least ODIs ? (ie India most and Bangla least )....NO
Q8. Number of cricket grounds in a country ? (most to least ).....NO

Hint # 1 : It has to do with extras in a way !!

Hint # 2 : It is not a feat performed by these teams like a batting feat or a bowling feat or a fielding feat !!

Was it the order of countries that started adding extras (ie Wides ,NB) into the figures of the bowlers who gave them away ?

Either Jason or Tapioca may ask the next.

PS Bangla desh played their first ever test match with this rule and SAF played their foirst match after reinduction with this rule.
