That has absolutely no impact on how much I like him. Likeable, for me, is the sort of thing whereby you would like to go have a drink with them (not in their case, ofc).

Fair enough if you use different criteria, but they both seem like likebale chaps to me.

That's your prerogative, obvz. Can't conceive how people like someone whose very action is an insult to the sport, but different strokes.

McIntosh - good bloke, no ego to speak of, would get along with most.

Martin - C'mon, anyone who can keep smiling while batting like him must be a ****ing top guy.

Tendulkar - Forget about his fans, forget about his batting, forget about his fame, and you're left with a nice bloke.

Jayawardene - Never seen a shred of evidence say anything against him.
