Keep it going , cos I need to get off my bottom position soon !! I hope to do better in the coming weeks and reach Mid Table ( mutters quietly to himself *should be able to overtake some of the low rankers in the next few weeks * ) !!

hey! i am taking it seriously, kinda, i just know bugger all about super 12...

What's Ruggers ?

I know Rugby, Rugger but never heard of Ruggers !!

But anyway, believe it or not Rugby is Sri Lanka's second most popular sport after Cricket !! and Sri Lankan rugby does have Fijian imports who beat the hell out of everyone else !! (And in that sense not too dissimilar to kiwis!

My favourite Club CR and FC (Which stands for Colombo Rugby and Football Club) has played Rugby in SL competition for over 70-80 years.

The premier competition has about 10 clubs, and on a Saturday 4:30 PM kick off for a club game involving my club attracts 10-15,000 people .(more than some Super 12 games I have to say ! )

My School (Royal College,which BTW is a prestigious public school being 180 odd years in existence in Colombo) has played a traditional Rugby Match with another school in Kandy (called Trinity College) for over 50 years.

So they know Rugby pretty well in the streets of Colombo or Kandy (Sri Lanka), much more than some rural sheep farmers might do in NZ !!
