sadly think it's locked for me

1. S Gavaskar
2. V Merchant
3. R Dravid
4. S Tendulkar
5. V Kohli
6. R Pant

is probably always gonna be my top 6
Honestly with Kohlis decline I am wondering if the gulf is that vast between the ATG Ind and Pak batting top 5.

Anwar
Hanif
Younis
Miandad
Inzi

India is better but not greatly so since I think Kohli is weaker than any Pak middle order bat.

You will be really pushing it for Inzi>Kohli, but I will leave at that really...... And Merchant>Sehwag is very viable.

not sure about this at all chief
Instinctively feel Kohli is a better bat of course but I think this is at a knife's edge. Certainly another bad series in England will further sink Kohlis case. This really is an inexplicably rotten stretch of form in the middle of a prime.
