Surya Yadav may be a T20I specialist for India. Very good strike rate since he joined KKR, so he has recent form on his side. At a position as low as 6/7, his strike rate and tendency to build partnerships is more relevant.
Pandey, on the other hand, is a T20 misfit, so his much-improved performance since he joined KKR is a big surprise. We'd rather have him playing longer games for India than playing T20Is.
Uthappa is a capable limited-overs batsman, and in a post-World Cup Indian XI, he should open the batting in ODIs and T20Is. He's been unlucky to miss out in a phase when Rohit Sharma opened for India.
It's a rough beginning for Varun Aaron, but I do hope he gets all the RCB games this season. He needs more active cricket, and is a better bet than Harshal Patel and Abu Nechim, for quick wickets.
Yuzi Chahal is a very tight leggie, and though his economy rate has shot up in the IPL, he may be India's T20I spinner, so that the Test spinners may be kept away from T20Is.
Andre Russell may be played as a specialist batsman only- this all-India top five with Shakib is very strong, and can do just fine. Maybe he can play as a batsman and one of India's better T20I bowlers replace Yusuf, but under no circumstances should he get a single over to bowl- his bowling is more miss than hit!
