Either that or he is going to be playing in one of the English or Indian 20/20 sides. This may be a guess, but this seems to be a payoff for him rejecting the ICL offer.

I am not sure What Fleming is doing at the launch , since NZ is not even part of this league.
i think any player is eligable to play as international players... its the domestic quota that will be restricted to IND AUS SA and ENG playersThis may be a guess, but this seems to be a payoff for him rejecting the ICL offer.
Would be interesting to see how the ICL responds. I believe Yousaf did sign a contract with them, so you have to figure that they would sue him for breach of contract. I'm sure the PCB has told him that they'll take care of any monetary judgments against him.
Either Yousufs an idiot for signing a contract he didnt read properly. Or he thinks we're all idiots for believing that crap is true and the real reasonI did not know there's a clause in the ICL contract that priority has to be given to the league when the Pakistan team is also playing international matches simultaneously.
yh..probably...in a way im happy to see yousaf back...for cricket's sake...he was gd for pakistan last yr....but he honestly thinks we're all idiots here! But i still think that Misbah did well for them in the T20 WC!!To be expected really, and I'm sure there are many Pakistani fans around the world breathing a collective sight of relief.
Sharad Pawar is one of the smartest operators in Indian politics. Jagmohan Dalmiya has already learnt that and now Subhash Chandra and Kapil are slowly realising that.well, it never really promised to be much and the announcement of the IPL I guess was its deathknell. I was hoping against hope that ICL would amount to something and that it will at least give something of a competition to the BCCI, but it seems it will just die a slow and painful death now.
Yuk.New signings
Chris Cairns, Chris Harris, Hamish Marshall, Darren Maddy, Nathan Astle and Azhar Mahmood.
