Lets Compare Players:
**Note, these comparisons are strictly MY OWN personal opinion**
Taufeeq v Chopra
Taufeeq wins, albeit very, very slightly. He has a proven record and has solidified himself as Pakistan's man at the top. Chopra's innings against New Zealand and Australia have been solid. Chopra's only edge over Taufeeq is the fact that Chopra has faired better than what Taufeeq did against the Aussies. But Chopra is inexperienced and a couple of good scores will shift the balance in my view.
Farhat v Sehwag
Sehwag wins, EASILY. Attacking, plundering, dominating. Thats Virender Sehwag. Imran Farhat is most impressive, just not up there in Sehwag's league.
Inzamam v Dravid
Dravid wins, just. Dravid is more solid than Inzamam will ever be. Dravid is 'The Wall', and he will always be that. Inzamam also has the added burden of captaining this Pakistani side. Dravid's athletic ability is a plus over Inzi as well.
Youhana v Tendulkar
Tendulkar walks all over this one, despite Youhana being such a classy player.
Yasir Hameed v VVS Laxman
VVS Laxman wins this too, Hameed is one of the best young players in my opinion, but not in Laxman's league yet.
Younis Khan v Ganguly
Since Younis has been dropped lately, Ganguly wins this one too. Ganguly's leadership is inspiring and aggressive, and his batting is downright brilliant when in full flow.
Moin v Patel
Moin wins this one, experience with bat, and with the gloves. A proven performer for Pakistan. Whilst Patel has potential, Moin has experience and is as tough as anybody.
Razzaq v Agarkar/Bangar
Razzaq walks over both Agarkar and Bangar in terms of all round ability. Quite simply Agarkar is not up to scratch with the bat on most of the occasion. And Bangar isnt up to scratch with bat nor ball.
Shoaib Malik v Kumble
Kumble, simply brilliant in Australia. 10/74 against Pakistan, remember anybody?
Zaheer v Akhtar
Shoaib, simply because he's electryifying in every way. Zaheer is the most impressive bowler India has, but he's not in Akhtar's dangerous league.
Sami v Irfan Pathan
Mohammad Sami, quick and deadly. But inconsistent. He still pips the ever improving Pathan.
Quite clearly India dominate with the bat, Pakistan with the ball. Its going to be one hell of a series.
