Romario is indeed a bowler in-game. The other bowlers probably have better ratings than him I'd say, though the AI made poor use of your bowlers in the fourth innings.

ICC's AI is famously poor regarding bowling changes. Crazy that it's had to 20 years to improve yet it hasn't.

Might have made a mistake with picking a couple of bowlers with better stats but less games than their competition. Maybe the ICC won't recognize them. Zahoor Khan and Nasir Aziz as opposed to Mohammad Naveed and Imran Haider. Zahoor Khan only bowled 3 overs in the first game.

Any changes to the squad allowed?

Damn, that was going pretty well until the 4th innings, but the bowling attack couldn't find a way through the Irish batting. All in all not a disaster, Ireland are a strong side, but there is definite room for improvement. Klazinga replacing Kola Burger will be the only change for round two
