City's InterToto run seems set to end in the final, having lost the first leg 1-0 to Man Utd at SJP - still, I did beat Chievo and Aberystwyth to get here... The fans want me to qualify for Europe, and the board want me to improve my squad. Now, if I could start competing with Championship sides' wage budgets...

Nicely settled into the championship with Argyle (11th atm which is better than the real life bunch).. Im in the 2005/2006 season.. I dont have the latest version of the game so couldnt had to get promoted first!

Beat Derby 3-0 and got "Yorked" 4-0 by Blackburn recently

Signed no big guns due to low club prestige but Guiliano Grazioli keeps banging them in, and Ryan Mallon purchased from Halifax was an absolute steal, as was this guy Forster on a free from Tamworth.. Have absolutely top drawer training facilities and coaches, which I attribute to my moderate success

How do you improve your professionalism rating? I know what brings it down but not to get it up. Mine is currently at 4 while ability to handle pressure is at 9(because i haven't really had any).Everything else is at 20.

Whenever a manager has a go at me, I'm usually very careful with my criticism of him, and sometimes I don't even do that, as it motivates their players in the upcoming match against me, and annoys my players with 'lack of proffesionalism'. And it seems to raise your professionallism rating I think.

Im currently sitting 2nd in League One with Carlisle pushing for my 3rd straight promotion.. However after a blistering start to the season i've fallen away and will need to improve to keep it up...

Carlisle seem to be a good team. They're mopping the floor with everyone in my game atm. I'm Stevenage, I'm doing reasonably well I feel given it's my first game. Coming 6th after 28 games, 2 points behind 5th.

Leandre Grifit is an absolute legend on loan and Dale Watkins has been a start striker (he's outscored every player I've brough in on loan, 18 goals, 9 assists from 24 apps @ 7.63! So that's definitely one top lower league player I've found already ) David Fox has also been good.

Unfortunately for me we're 250k in debt, but i'm hoping topromotion to div 3 will solve things. If we don't get promoted I may have to look elsewhere!

Just about to finish my 2nd season with FH in Iceland, at the moment i'm sitting in third 2 points behind 2nd place with only my last game against the 5th place side to go. I won both the Icelandic Cup and the other Cup they have(forgot the name). Then i have to play HSV in a european cup qual. match (down 2-1 from the first leg). Got a very young squad so i expect(/hope) to win the league next season
