.....

no, he isn't. he's the best and most consistent batsmen bangladesh have left from the 1st generation...and he's still does ok consistently too
Seriously, what the heck are you talking about :p?????

I would say it is Sakibul Hasan and since just before this World Cup and into it, Mohammad Ashraful has shown more maturity than before.

As Atahar Ali Khan said while commentating "As the new generation of Bangladeshi batsmen come in, Mohammad Ashraful seems to be maturing." It makes perfect sense!

Before he was the younger one and was the one to play the strokes like Tamim and Aftab, but over time he is maturing.

Hopefully he would continue this form.

I would not say that Habibul Bashar is consistent any more. True, that he has lately been gluing the lineup together often, but that does not necessarily make him ay more consistent.

IMO it's Mohammad Ashraful and Sakibul Hasan who are consistant now (hope they would continue this form !!!!!

Mukuddem has another one, decent bowler this guy is.
Mukuddem 5-1-19-3, but I take it that's his lot.
He was truly amazing. I think I am now an official fan of his. It was delightful to watch the control on the ball..I dare say...a wee bit shade of wasim akram with his action. The openers did not know what and where the ball was going and they kept getting hit with body shots. The first 3 overs were murder! That much swing and incredible control. He bowled well in the first game aswell...but he got tired doing the consecutive overs. Truly, mukuddem is their thunder (and dwayne their earthquake). good job bermuda!

Disappointed to see Nafees still struggling for runs, I thought he may have knocked up a few against these guys. Saqibul boosts his average even higher now.

Congrats Bangladesh

Mortaza should have got one more over though, now his economy rate doesn't qualify for cricket.com.au Dream Team. :(

While I am happy for Bangladesh, am really sad for India....I am very sad that India is not part of this World Cup any more..:(

I am a Sri Lankan and am very sad that the largest country in the ICC (and soon in the World) (a major part sub continent ) is not part of this World Cup....

India played poor and didn't deserve to go to the next round. Also, I don't like the largest country crap. India is largest in terms of money and fans but not in terms of infrastructure etc. In any case they were poor short term as well regardless of larger problems which engulf Indian cricket.

Been watching some highlights of the Bangladesh vs Bermuda game, there was a few nervous moments for Saqibul and Ashraful, who both insisted in hitting the ball over or through the fielders which just won't cut it against a better fielding side.

In yesterday's game Bermuda had a chance of upseting Bangladesh with the game being reduced to 21 overs, but in the end they were just not good enough.

So that basically was the last nail in the Indian coffin, its time to pack your bags guys and comeback home and Chappell would do well to catch a plane to Adeliade rather than wasting time by coming back to India.

India earned the early exit. I only feel sorry for Ganguly, Tendulkar and Dravid ... a tragic end to three spectacular careers. (in terms of the WC)
