Civil Court judgement is irrelevant to the criminal court judgement.

Civil court basically said 'you should've been around to protect her...well you wernt..security was compromised...your house...etc etc...and you got money...so you should pay'.


FACT of the matter is, OJ got aquitted in the criminal court where there was no categoric evidence against him.
