The ICC really need to do something about bowlers going off the field so called "injured" after completing their 10 overs.

I can't believe I ate the whole thing
So Varun is off the field, then is allowed to bowl, and then goes straight off after. The asterisks on this win are piling up!

Pathetic crowd. No appreciation of NZ boundaries. Terrible atmosphere and further proof India have orchestrated a home game tournament

Whatever it takes!!!

Come on guys, you are better than these Ian Smith style idiotic rants. Varun got his foot injured intercepting that hit from Mitchell in his 8th over. Its an external injury and therefore, the rules are very clear that he is allowed to go off whenever he wants and it wont matter how long he spent in the field whenever he does have to bowl.

I would be more worried that the NZ players were not able to after an obviously injured spinner bowling at well less than his 100% for 2 overs in the slog.

That's a choice he made tho, strategic injury imo

Also not today I'm not, let me have some fun instead of being a polite kiwi who supports a team that punches above their weight

Guess we'll reserve judgment on that innings for after the game. Far from a fluent knock, but NZ would be nowhere without it.

Good effort from Bracewell to get a partnership going. Had doubts about whether he'd survive the spin onslaught, hopefully he can take NZ to 250.

So you don’t think getting a fresh pair of legs out to field the last couple overs in which every run counts isn’t an advantage. Like bringing in an impact sub to field
