Was bored waiting for the Lancs game to start, so here's what i sent
Good Afternoon,

Just a quick question, are you able to confirm the scheduled date for our Ashes Victory Parade this summer? I would like to ensure I am able to attend, however I will need to make my arrangements in advance (book holidays off work, book trains & hotel etc).

Will the parade be scheduled for the end of the series or when we actually regain the Ashes? (i.e. after Edgbaston)

Regards
Dave

Wednesday 27th August by the way, open top bus parade at 11am. Trafalgar Square provisionally booked from 12. Said Wednesday was pretty much the only choice as they have the twenty20 on Sunday.

Plans also in place for Ashes trophy to do a tour of county grounds throughout september.

I am writing as an Australian fan to question why England proceeded to select Stuart Broad for the second Ashes test. He bowled poorly at Cardiff and poses no threat to the Australian batsmen. Harmison is bowling well in County cricket, and did alright in the England Lions v Australia match. I feel that bringing in Onions was a good decision, but Broad needed to be replaced as well.

I look forward to your reply.

Regards,

Jake.

Just send that. Looking forward to the reply.

Ok, sweet.

Looking forward to the response. Do they only reply during certain hours (like work hours).

It's about 7pm there isn't it, cause it's 4am here.

Think I'll do a similar one to dav, and ask them what they think will happen to the guys who already have MBEs when we win the series

Hello Jake

Thanks for your email.

We don't really comment on selection issues.

But think the selectors will have taken into account Stuart's excellent form in the past few months; and obviously his batting is a side benefit.

But no-one's place in the side is sacrosanct.

Best wishes
