English Domestic Season 2023

Always hard to be definitive due to bonus points however in Div 2 Sussex or Leics need to win both of their remaining matches to deny Worcestershire, for whom one win out of two will probably suffice, their last match against Yorkshire looking a better prospect than Durham.
I'm not confident of Worcester going up. We have top and bottom in our last 2 matches.

To be honest at least Sky have realised what a good competition the 1 day cup is and have shown the final

Decent crowd as well. Well with Leicestershire down the road you would expect some decent numbers

A great pity for Leicestershire and the match as a spectacle. Of course they could mount a recovery, post 220 and then bowl Hampshire out, however it is not very likely.

Yes, this partnership may well be showing the true nature of the conditions. Still, there are now sufficient runs on the board to make it interesting. The match had threatened to be a complete blow-out.

Yes, justly rewarded for hanging in after a terrible start. Right until the last over I thought that Hampshire had it in the bag.
