The issue is that of the things you've "argued" are no-brainers that you have decided are attacks on the Australian team.
ha, what is this you better refresh my memory quick because i've done nothing of the sort, all of my arguments to defend aussie players are justified they aren't stuff i've decided are attacks on the australian team, i dunno where u got that bull s*** from.

So when I said I wouldn't want to go into a Test with just 2 quick bowlers and you reacted by telling me to "stop dissing your boys" or something of the like, that was entirely justified was it?

Many occasions, when you refuse to acknowledge others' opinions that any of the Australians have done anything wrong, ever.

it was in my view because i dont believe that just McGrath & Warne will only be the 2 effective bowlers vs WI. I'm not the only one on the forum who believes that even though Lee bowled better than his averaged suggeted over here & will improve & that MacGill will also do well againts the WI who dont have much good players of quality leg-spin, so you got any more examples of my so called ``no-brainers that i have decided are attacks on the Australian team``.

nonsense i have never done that if something bad about an aussie is said and its true i have not argued it for e.g what about all the arguments that Hayden is a flat track, that Lee is great in test matches i haven't argued those but things like MaCgill is rubbish & Ponting is poor againts spin totally i have defended them because its not true, so next time get it straight before yo accuse me of things i haven't done.

I wouldnt take Alan Smith as he is now being converted to midfeald, i would take Carrick and Parker in midfeald aswell

Errmm, sorry to patronise, but it's because he's Welsh. :p He played for England Schoolboys, but that's because he went to school marginally on the English side of the border - he was never qualified to play for England at any level higher than Schoolboys, he's said so many times.

It's a lovely thought, though........ :D
I stand corrected. I forever have the image of him as a 16year old wearing an England shirt forever etched in my mind though!!!

i reckon the extra defender will go instead of the extra striker...

King or Woodgate

lets say England carry 8 defenders instead of 5 strikers that means other than ferdinand one other central defender will go, which will be either King or Woodgate at this stage i would go for King but lets say Woodgate gets over his early blemishes at Madrid & does well & King also keeps up the good work, who would you rather to have in the squad?

Is it possible to expect to see January transfer for Robert Green to a Premiership side and help in his case to become the 3rd choice 'keeper?

Or it may not matter playing in the Championship if he is likely to be 3rd choice?

Didn't Woodgate give away another own goal last night against Zaragoza? So obviously not the man if it is 0-0 in the 92nd minute and the opposition have a corner and everybody (including the goal keeper) and it is the semi-finals or the final...

Actually if that happened, he may be best off going to a quite life in either Boliva, Chile, Peru, Paraguay, Uzbekistan, Afganistan, or Tajisktan (sp).
