Does this hypothetical Test allrounder exist?

Was Hazare a batting all-rounder standard bowler in Tour matches and Unofficial Tests or is it really just bashing on poor FC Indian line-ups??
Hazare's first-class bowling in each country:

India: 476 wickets @ 23.22
England: 101 @ 24.60
Australia: 13 @ 63.00
West Indies 4 @ 56.25
Sri Lanka: 1 @ 61.00

Total: 595 wickets @ 24.61. Wpm 2.5

He was OK in India and England. Took another 300-odd wickets in minor cricket, including the Lancashire League.

Assuming Australia was mostly in the 50 tour where he got Sir Don thrice and WI are all Test matches as well??

Tour to Australia was 1947-48. Hazare bowled Bradman for 13 and 201 in the Tests. Also dismissed him for 172 in a tour match at Sydney.

He bowled against Trinidad and Barbados as well in the Caribbean Tests. Dismissed Walcott for 51 in the Barbados match but Weekes scored 253.
