Dev League Suggestions

I imagine they would be the "Second Division" of the CW Dev League or something along those lines, and players would join one of the teams if they weren't playing for their first division (ie CW Red/Blue/Black/Green/Colts) team for that round.

If you were going to have a Grade comp, then why don't we get guys out of retirement and fill those sides. Im learning a lot from Liam thread about CW History, so it will be mad to play with the guys that made CW, what it is now. Would their be enough players to fill 10/12 teams?
