That win for England A means that Red is still there with a shot at the OD playoffs. However, for that to come to fruition, CW Black MUST defeat Australia A in the final OD game of the regular season. Surely it will be the only time that Steds and SupaFreak will be spotted waving Black flags. Should Australia A win, CW Black will face them rather than Red in the playoff.

Well we really picked the wrong time to fall away. The Blues should have had that OD playoff spot, but we cracked under the pressure in the crucial games against Black. A 1-1 result would have probably kept us in contention.

As captain I take the brunt of the responsibility as clearly there was inspiration lacking, especially whilst fielding in helpful bowling conditions. It's been a very good season for Blue and I still think we're the best team in the League, but still a bit disappointed at our OD performance in the late stages.

Anyways, it was another really good win Blacks. We're so close to winning that title, lets just go that extra step. We've got the batsmen and the bowlers, and I do believe that with a full strength squad, we are the best the Development League has to offer.

OD Champion is the team that finishes on top the table. The trophy winner is the playoff winner.
