Correct, however this batch has come to a unscheduled pause for the time being as you have seen. This would be due to the fact that myself and computers don't have a fond relationship and this one is in meltdown

Back on track after some dramas..

Name: TJ Demeza
Club: Joondalup
Opposition: Fremantle
Venue: Iluka
Result: Fremantle 374ao & 6-322 dec Beat Joondalup 239ao & 206ao
1st Innings Batting (9): 0(1) [M Swart 114*]
1st Innings Bowling (1): 29-7-78-3 (inc. J Ifould, S Ervine, B Dorey)
Avg Speed: 147.5 km/h
2nd Innings Batting (9): 0(1)
2nd Innings Bowling (1): 23-4-78-3! (inc. J Ifould, S Mohideen, N. Borcich)
Avg Speed: 148.3 km/h
Awards: Nil
Coaches Comments: Fair game, Demeza had to carry the attack with the injury to James Sprauge. Removing opener Ifould twice was promising, but without any other bowlers to support him Trav was always destined to have a hard time of it. However he bowled very consistently, 3-78 both innings, but lacked pentration early on. Consistent with the bat too. - by Dave Kennett

2nd Innings Bowling (3): 26-14-42-1
Avg Speed: 93.5 km/h
Awards: Nil
Coaches Comments: Didn't play a major role in the game, and was outshone by the quicker guys with little assistance for his medium pacers. Still did his pick snapping a couple of wickets for the game. Can't be disheartened by the performance, just has to get used to bowling in conditions that may not suit his game. Will be a key player for Blue on the slower pitches this season.

Coaches Comments: A solid effort with the ball from Callum, whilst he didn't bring in big hauls in either innings he took the key wicket of Craig Simmons, the RM opener on both occasions, just as he was starting to get settled in, which in the end turned the match around as RM looked to be in the box seat.

Coaches Comments: Brought on late in the attack he bowled tightly, keeping the economy down, with a wonderful spell in the second innings to wrap up the Joondalup tail. Not much to say though, by the time he'd been brought on the damage had already been done, leaving him with little to prove. Good game with the bat, promoted to number 7 and proved he was good enough to hold the position. His talents seem somewhat wasted at freo sometimes... - by Dave Kennett

Coaches Comments: Another great game from Bryce. He dismantled the Scarborough top order in a firey stint of bowling early on in the day, came back later and finished off the tail with pure pace. Couldn't ask for more from Bryce, and reports suggest Andrew Garven is quite pleased with his boys performances so far.

Coaches Comments: Played second fiddle behind 'Blocker' Wilson, as Wilson completed 2 full innings of bowling, taking 4 wickets each time. Didn't dissapoint any as 6 wickets for the match is a reasonable haul. Exploited some reverse swing as the ball got older, and managed to crash the stumps 4 times.

Coaches Comments: Some more tight spells was the order of the day for Adam, as conditions were a little better than last game. Overcast conditions at Abbett saw him moving the ball considerably, and was unlucky to only get the 1 wicket in the first innings, deserved more. Took 3 key wickets in the 2nd innings which sparked the collapse of the Rockingham batting order.

Coaches Comments: Underperformed with the ball, lacking economy and penetration. That said, he did get recognised batsmen, so it wasn't all bad. Still, pretty disappointing effort, could have definitely had a big game here, conditions suited him but he failed to take advantage, lacked discipline with his action, and seemed to lose confidence as the game went on. Will have to keep it tighter than that if he wants to consistently play well. A wonderful effort with the bat in the second dig, but is here to improve his bowling, not his batting. - by Dave Kennett

Hoy will be having a rest from 4D games from now on, and just bowling out the 1D, in an effort to keep his fitness and give him some recovery time before Season 8 in the dev league, recently he's been down on pace and we wouldn't want to risk him over-doing it this close to the season.

Decent enough figures in the longer version, but could be bowling A LOT better.
Happy with my pace increasing again after the side strain a while back.

The one day game .... bleh .... eludes me is an understatement. I don't think i'm suited for it, honestly. As if I can bowl three bouncers in a row. :(

Travis, it's all well and good to talk about how many ribs you're going to break, but that's not going to get the batsmen out. I'd much prefer if you bowl a fuller length, aim at the stumps and mix in the short ball occasionally. Try to get batsmen out, instead of killing them. It'll make you into a much better bowler.

Ai ai captain. I shall definetly work on that ....
I guess most of the right handers don't like my left arm natural inswing to them as it is ... should cut back on a regular basis also. Sounds like a plan.
