- 2.5 Demeza to Smith: OUT! That rushed onto him as he tried to play the pull shot. Very well taken by Demeza as that flew back at his face.

- 11.4 Patrick to Kearsley: DROPPED! Perfect away-seamer, edged to second slip, and put down. Wilshere has had a good game up till now, but he'd take that catch 9 times out of 10.
- 14.2 Collins to Kearsley: Dragged on! Not a very good shot from Kearsley. Overconfident there and Collins gets a crucial breakthrough!
- 22.1 Collins to Fitzsimmons: Too short and PULLED AWAY! SIX of the best from the ex-Blue.
- 29.5 Fuller to Fitzsimmons: Short and well-lined... hook shot! Patrick runs around in the deep. And he's...juggled... TAKEN! Very good recovery there. The big fish is caught! 7.1 overs left in the day...

Having said that, 7 people got 20+ and only one person got 50+ which isn't so great.PY said:Make that 48 Trav.
I'm fairly happy with 293 as long as we can get stuck into their top order, especially Simon as he's done well this season and an ex-Blue.
Hopefully, I can rectify in the 2nd innings.
