He’s generally rated below Steyn and Ambrose but higher than Lillee and Trueman on hereFeel people are rating imran the bowler lot higher then he deserves imo esp with ball tampering and biased home umpiring. Think @kyear2 might sympathize with me on this issue
Oh I ****ed upNo O’Reilly??
Don't get how Imran>Ambrose is controversial really.Feel people are rating imran the bowler lot higher then he deserves imo esp with ball tampering and biased home umpiring. Think @kyear2 might sympathize with me on this issue
Don't know what made you to freak out this much.Seriously dude imran over Ambrose! jesus Christ
Yes it makes complete sense.Seriously dude imran over Ambrose! jesus Christ
Ambrose barely played outside Aus, Eng & WI.Don't get how Imran>Ambrose is controversial really.
On top of that, Ambrose IMO didn't have the skillet to adapt in SC conditions with cutters or reverse, especially once his pace left him which was half his career.Ambrose barely played outside Aus, Eng & WI.
Never played in Ind.
1 Tests in SL.
2 Tests in NZ.
4 Tests in SA.
5 Tests in Pak.
Just like a spinner’s greatness is tested outside Asia, a fast bowler’s greatness in tested in Asian pitches and Sir Curtly didn’t play much here
It's arguable yeah. I rate him and Imran pretty close, not much in it.Seriously dude imran over Ambrose! jesus Christ
Steyn Ambrose and Imran are all in a close tier. It's arguable yeah. I rate him and Imran pretty close, not much in it.
Ok but he had too many weaknesses to be classed with Hadlee McGrath or Marshall.I rate Steyn higher than both
Aus is not bad at all. 70 wickets in 14 games @ 27 with 46 SR.my problem with him would be his record against England and Australia, it's not amazing even at home.
Did he though?I am not sure if it makes any sense - Dale Steyn had higher highs but also lower lows than McGrath.
On his best day he can destroy an attack and take pitch out of the equation much more easily but oh boy on his bad days he could leak lots of runs
Not really sure about the higher highs part, Mcgrath's peak in 00s era on some flat wickets is probably the best high ever.I am not sure if it makes any sense - Dale Steyn had higher highs but also lower lows than McGrath.
the same record is considered a liability when it comes to McGrath to be fair.Aus is not bad at all. 70 wickets in 14 games @ 27 with 46 SR.
England is a bit poor.
What part of Mcgraths record is similar to that?the same record is considered a liability when it comes to McGrath to be fair.
