So today and his 17 of 47 against NZ and his 27 of 47 against Lanka all nominated and rightfully so. Well its consistency of some sort.Morgan easily.
nope, the innings was ok. morgan it is again! he's just so dependable to fail..thats the hilarious part.Does Bell's latest contribution deserve a mention?
nah. Nowhere near as bad as it looks.I am only going by the scorecard so maybe there was something going on that the scorecard doesn't reflect but Root's 29 off 47 when he comes in at 97/2 looks like it was pretty dire . A case can be made that is innings cost England, other players having to throw the bat at everything etc.
Pretty standard Joe Root in Australia dismissal though.Nah Root looked like he was bringing it home for England.
Was in complete control and looked pretty calm until he tried to play a ball to midon rather than mid off.
quinton de kock
26 off 45 balls at a dazzling SR of 57
Twas a crap shot, but to give him some sort of "credit" if you were to nominate everyone who got out after a few balls with an ill advised heave, well we would we have a monster thread!luke ronchi. goes for a massive heave, when already a six made in the over. what on earth is he thinking.
