Then can I ask a question?

What is the highest score by a No.11 in a test?
68 n.o by Richard Collinge (NZ) vs Pak in 1972/73 at Auckland (straight from Cricinfo :p)

Thanks Waughney,

Who is the only batsman in ODI's to be run-out while backing too far at non-striker's end? And also who ran him out ?
And if thats easy, bonus question: Which batsman has been out "handled the ball" and "obstructing the field" on separate occasions in an ODI ?

The expected answer is Peter Kirsten and Kapil Dev, but IIRC there are two more.

Can't remember either name for sure OTOH - but one involved Gerg Chappell (either as the batsman or bowler) in 1974/5 and the other Dipak Patel in 1992/3 or so.
