Does it have to do with achieving something against all test playing nations?
Q10. YES, you could say that in the sense that it is not something to do with one test or one series against any one opponent.

Most runs batting No. 5 in the order?
NO. He does have the most runs at number 5 and that may have something to do with the answer but thats not THE answer :p

Only batsman to have the most runs for two different batting positions, 5 and 6?
YESSSSS.

S Waugh scored 6821 and 3098 at numbers 5 and 6 respectively more than anyone else has done on those two slots.

The positions considered for this are the batting positions 1 to 7 only.
